Shipping & Returns

Shipping We ship from beautiful Marlborough, New Zealand. All orders are carefully packed by hand and sent with tracked shipping.

• Within New Zealand: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–20 business days (depending on location)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We do our best to keep prices fair and will combine shipping whenever possible.

Returns & Refunds We want you to love your Little Kiwi or Wooly Whiffs item! If you’re not completely happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted for unused items in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).

Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the item.
